There was no Laundry service. Non working washer unplugged and no connectors and no dryer.There was zero communication with host and not for lack of trying.. I sent a message 2 days after arrival. I sent messages 3 consecutive days no response. One message was about our unexpected visitor mentioned below. Still no response and I have checked out after staying a week.A woman showed up 2 days after Check in with a full laundry bag and left it on the machine that was filled with laundry. She walked right upstairs, no warning , no advanced notice from the owner, nothing, just walked right in.The sitting area on the balcony was like a janitors closet with bucket, mop, broom, tiles etc.The entry gate was wide open on arrival, no small gold key was left in The lock box and no latch on the gate. ANYONE could walk upstairs, so did not feel secure.FYI; There is only one tv in a 2 bedroom apartment.AC worked well APT was cleanParking available.
