The AC was good but it would get cold at night and there wasn’t a remote for it. It’s a little loud if you don’t like noise then this is not the place for you. There’s a store (colmado) downstairs and they put music on everyday. Staff and the people there were nice

Front door was locked upon arrival. No one answered the phone when I tried calling. Surrounding area seemed sketchy.
The Room was good enough for the price paid, and the Lady in charge was very nice and Happy, she was good with explaining everything. It really gives people's comfort when you can communicate with your customers. I would check in there on my next trip.
The room was a bed and a folding chair, with only one electrical outlet. The bathroom had an empty socket where a bulb should go. The neighborhood was full of trash, and the room was above a bar that played very loud music. I am surprised that this is allowed to operate as a room for rent.

Carmen was amazing to communicate with. You get what you pay for and having a downstairs bar, food and convenience store was great. The terrace next to my room was a plus and again the place isn’t amazing but it’s does its job. Convenient to all locations in San Juan. I enjoyed it. No complaints here

Check-in deadline is horrible. If ur flight is delayed or cancelled you run the risk of not having a place to sleep when you get there
Do not stay here......... very sketchy. Bad neighbourhood
Promised airport transfer. None.
Promised interenet. Signal too weak to connect.
No TV as no internet.
Had to drag two bags up about 30 stairs as no elevator.
Checkin was at a bar next door with a women taking notes in an old paper notebook. Of course she had no record of my booking.
Toilet leaked all night.
Very old room in need of demolition.
Ordered a Doordash pizza, and got to the Cruise port first thing in the morning.
Dealing with Expedia for a refund now.
The area around the property looked sketchy, I was received by a drunk person on a street bar and made my check in in that same bar with someone in a table playing a game.
Do not book your stay here! It was disgusting and unsafe. We left without staying the night. Luckily I was able to find a better place to stay last minute.
I wanted a refund and they wouldn’t give it to me. I left early because the location is awful and the woman who runs it is a drunk who gambles all day in front of the TV in the bar downstairs. She is an awful person. Avoid this place like the plague. Don’t ever go near here. There are stray dogs and stray roosters going all over and 5 or 6 drunks at all time downstairs. The music from the bar is pounding at all times. I am reporting them to the police for fraud and theft. Purely miserable. They should be investigated and shut down. There are not words in English that are bad enough to describe how awful the check-in woman is
The owner, Carmen was so amazing. She made me feel welcome. Area isn’t around tourist attractions, it’s very quiet at night. I would definitely come back here my next visit to Puerto Rico.
Was really cold and the air conditioning did not work properly, no blankets only sheets, only one rolll of toilet paper in the whole place I had to go out at night to a restaurant to get more when we ran out, and they charge a 20 to 25 dollars cleaning fee that isn’t specified on website and you have to pay to get in the room. Extreme ant problem we saw them crawling all over the room. overall seems like a scam and bad place overall do not recommend to people visiting under any circumstances we WILL NOT be going to this place ever again if we ever go back to PR with a place this bad on our minds hopefully there are other better places here that can wash unpleasant memories away from this place 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Fair for price, located in a good spot quick access to old san juan and san juan but got louder at night and wouldn't recommend for solo female traveler.
Upon check in, no electricity/no power.I asked when will the power be back on, I was expecting some kind of backup generator to turn on the power, but the Hotel attendant said there is no expected time of when the power would return. I was not offered a refund or any accommodations and I was expected to just wait until the power comes back on. The hotel is not suitable for any one to stay under these conditions and its clear the hotel barely cares to help the customers. They just want money. Also door codes to the room were announced aloud to the lobby and guests, Nothing about the exchange of door access codes felt secure.
