Hotel charged a resort fee, even though it wasn't a resort at all, not on a beach, just a hotel on a city street, no basis at all for a resort fee.

Staff was very helpful and polite. Restaurant food was top notch. Only issues were tv kept freezing up and the A/c unit was loud. Also the staff should warn and post notice the street floods daily during high tides. Several car interiors were compromised with salt water

My room was fine and the bed was very comfortable but the staff really made the stay worth it, as they were all very friendly. The in-house restaurant was great and offered large portions, so go hungry.

We stayed on the first floor near a sliding door and it was too noisy. You could hear every conversation people had with no consideration of hours. We had multiple inconveniences during our stay, but the staff was very friendly and helpful.
