Overall our experience was okay. The hotel is in a great location. It’s located in San Juan’s museum district where there are several museums, such as the Art Museum, within walking distance. It’s also a 15-minute drive from Isla Verde and the airport. The staff was welcoming and the room was large and clean and the bathroom had been modernized. We also appreciated the free coffee machine. Our biggest issue was barely any running water and when there was, there was no hot water available therefore we were unable to shower. They did offer to provide a bucket of hot water but if they’re going to charge over $200 per night they need to find a better alternative to the water shortage than the bucket of water.

Love this place super clean and close to Condado beach,La Placita and other tourist locations. I would stay again here.We came with 2 teen kids room are huge.They loved the view and the roof top jacuzzi’s

The staff was great, and the room was very clean. I loved the space. A few small maintenance items could use attention, such as wallpaper or paint touch-ups, but they’re minor. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Luna, the manager that was there was amazing. Super nice even gave me restaurantrecommendations. I love the rooms. They were gorgeous. Everything was clean quiet I will stay there again.

Our hotel room was very large and clean. The rooftop hot tubs were a great place to relax, and the coffee machine on the main floor served excellent coffee. The hotel is also conveniently located near a fantastic bakery with delicious pastries and coffee.
