Great location, however it definitely needs some work. Had a good stay however it is incredibly frustrating that guests aren't allowed to sit at the tables in the lobby unless they are buying from the restaurant, especially since their wifi says you can only use in the lobby area.

Room number 1 fantastic view!! 2 balconies !! Clean room!! Friendly staff!! House keeper was amazing!! Restaurant service was lacking. The location is lovely and a good value. However the place needs work and a few low-cost touches would make it wonderful. For example - no desk/work table. No user-accessible power points. Adding 4 power strips (one by each be, one by a work table suitable for a laptop. Better wifi - it shows a 2nd floor system but no password for it.

Room was clean, but not modern. Staff very friendly but no one at the front desk after 10:00 pm. The solar water heater was not always giving hot water. But the view was splendid, right on the water. I loved being lulled to sleep by crashing waves. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was perfect! We flew to Puerto Rico for the Bad Bunny concert. The hotel was cute, it had a Moroccan vibe to it! Comfy bed, good water pressure in the shower. We liked the small kitchenette… perfect!!! Marlene was sweet and helpful. Great location with lots of eating options. Ocean park beach within walking distance.

This may be true for the entire Island, but the staff were amazing- Sweet, accomodating, and ready with recommendations. The hotel doesn't have much in terms of amenities but if you are ok with a "beach-bum" vibe; this place is amazing. It is literally on the beach!
