This is the perfect retreat for a family in search of somewhere close to the beach and action.
In the heart of Condado. This place is 3 minutes walk from La Concha Hotel and two minutes from Ashford Ave where all bars, restaurants, hotels and casinos are located. You may walk to Old San Juan in 40/45 minutes with shores views. 5 minutes walking to Health food store (called Fresh Mart, very similar to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's) and Starbucks. Walgreens & CVS within 2 blocks walking. 10 minutes drive to airport.

This apartment is bright and sunny with sliding window 100% opening, which helps you enjoy an interrupted view of the outside.
