We had a very enjoyable 4 night stay. The apartment is well located and easy to walk to restaurants and the beach. Parking was very nice as it can be very difficult to park in public parking. Owner communication was quick and informative. Highly recommended!!

This was a great place for our family of five. Very clean. Had all the amenities we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Great location. Short walk to the beach and quick drive to Old San Juan. Osvaldo sent specific instructions for check in and check out making it simple and easy to follow. He also sent restaurant recommendations and recreational rental equipment available close by and quickly responded to a question. We would swfinitely stay here again!

Perfect location to explore

Great comfortable stay.

The spot was clean, spacious, and in prime location. Walking distance from a lot of good places to eat or hangout. The beach is right up the street. Everything else is a short drive away. Host was easily available if we needed anything. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient Location To Old San Juan

Great location!

My three generation family stayed here for a whole week, including my 4 year old and 3 month old. My 4 year old especially loved the fountain to play in on the way to Condado beach. Close to lots of restaurants too. The apartment was comfortable and well appointed. Thank you for a great place to stay!!

This condo was in a great location! Everything was exactly as described, making our stay seamless and enjoyable. The host was communicative, and the space met all our expectations.
