Casa of Essence is ideally located in the Old San Juan. You can walk to many of the famous attractions around old town. Easy access from cruise terminal and to San Juan international airport. Convenience store just beside the building and SuperMax market is within walking distance in old town. It was a great stay. Will return if we visit Puerto Rico again.

I never leave property reviews, but our stay at Casa of Essence was a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic -- old San Juan is right outside the door and there are beaches only a ten minute walk away. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, and overall I could not recommend this property enough. It made our trip to San Juan memorable, relaxing, and fun.

Beautiful property, full of charm and interesting antique finds! We stayed in the Crystal apartment, which was perfect for our family of 4 with two teens. Be aware that the street can get a bit noisy, but that’s true everywhere in Old San Juan. Our hosts were friendly and responsive, and the neighborhood is delightful. We’d definitely stay here again!
