Check in /out was great. They are able to meet our special requests. Outreach with technology was very good. Only concern was the “standard” height for some items. As a 5’2” woman, I was not able to properly wash my face nor brush my teeth over the sink. Design was made for much taller people, as the tall sink is set a few inches away from the counter edge. Looks great, but not practical for short people. Parking was convenient. Location is convenient to many highways, shopping and Santana Row.

Wednesday greeted me at the desk upon arrival. Didn’t change tone or expression, not one time out of our 3 encounters throughout my stay. Location was prime for me since I was working at Valley Fair. Room had a faint smell that was unpleasant: But it’s almost like you can get past it in 3 min. Weird. Blue lights and ceiling are a nice touch and bed was comfortable.

The hotel is nice. However, there are a few things that I was not pleased about. One. There is no phone in the room to contact the front desk and when you try to call them through the phone number no one picks up. I tried four times. The other thing I do not like there’s not a bag for dirty clothes in here. And no way to turn the lamp on and off it had to be unplugged. Check-in was a little confusing. I was given a code, but not told to put my hand on the door to open it. I will stay here again, but those are my concerns.
