Too much outside noise from room, it sounded like something was hitting the drain pipe all night but it was the heating/air unit. We had to have the heater on all night for us to sleep without making that noise and it got really hot.

Staff was great, hotel and amenities were beyond disappointing. Having chose this particular hotel for the in room jacuzzi tub, was hugely disappointing that the bathtub did not function properly (bath spout does not work, only option to fill tub very slowely with shower) requested new room, none available with tub Tv did not function (tv could not connect and would load and then state connection unavailable) Room smelled horribly of wet dog, which wouldn’t be too bad. Except carpet was wet, which left our white socks, dirty/stained, wet and smelling like wet dog. Microwave in room was great except placed on shelf without plug. Microwave had to be moved to floor and nearest plug to use. Cooking on floor is not ideal while on vacation. Hugely disappointed Having experience in both high end and budget hotels, this would be disappointing even in the lowest end of motels.

I would not choose this hotel for anything longer than one night or if you plan to have any time the hotel other than sleeping. It lacks any character, wasn't in great shape, etc. Definitely just a bed to sleep on and then leave

This is my second stay at the establishment and it’s clean and comforting. The location is perfect. It’s close to other areas my partner and I frequent, like the Westfield Valley Fair shopping mall and Winchester Mansion.

Overall the hotel is nice. The towels and the room can benefit from better cleaning, however. Under the beds were very dusty with items from the previous guests! Some towels had spots and stains on them. The breakfast area is nice. Staff are helpful.
