The room was clean and comfortable. My problem is with: 1. The AC smelled really bad! There was a bad smell coming out of the AC. 2. Although I was asked at check-in if I wanted my room to be cleaned, and I said YES, no one cleaned my room, and did not change the towels. Another thing is that the breakfast lacks some vegetables.

Had to wait for a room to be ready until 3:25 pm. Hotel was not even crowded, wasn’t to sure if it was just intentional because front desk clerk changed shift and didn’t even communicate with the incoming clerk that I was waiting.

A gem💎of a find! Loved the proximity to the airport & the shuttle service. I enjoyed the balcony view of pool & palm trees. Truly a serene space. The bed was soft & super comfy. Breakfast was hot with a large variety of items. Appreciated the friendly & helpful staff. Starbucks is steps away if you need a special caffeinated beverage. Hope to use the pool or hot tub next time. Looking forward to a return visit.

Gorgeous hotel, well designed

Fairly quick on shuttle. Had dinner at Casino next door as late. Fun! Big regret was not asking for an inner facing room as the courtyard is beautiful. You can use and relax in the garden and pool though. I was disappointed as I chose this out of many hotels at the airport for this view from balcony!

Ckin staff was very nice. Breakfast really good. Room is clean and space, Bed really comfortable. Bathroom needs more amenities. Check out staff was not really nice, no eye contact, no greeting or thank you
