The hotel is clean and the employee's were friendly. We had $5,000. dollars worth of tools stolen from the inside of our truck. The truck was parked in front of a security camera, which we were told later that it didn't work. No police help without a video. We will choose a different hotel on the next visit.

The staffs are courteous. One can hear the traffic on the street while he/she is sleeping. Bathroom ventilation is inadequate. Moisture builds up after 10 minutes of shower. There is rush on bathroom door hinges. This tells you the exhaust fan is weak.

We came for WWE Smackdown and some sightseeing. This hotel was amazing for our stay it was convenient to the airport and SAP center and most of the attractions are in walking distance from the hotel. We would definitely stay again! The staff were amazing and the area was quiet cozy and safe
