Great location close to BART. At the edge if Tenderloin that seems to have cleaned up considerably over the last year. Recommended for a good priced simple hotel in downtown SF. Hot drinks, toast, and sweet treats in the lobby every morning.

Nothing felt safe. We were followed from three blocks away to the hotel. The bathrooms were sketchy. The room was sketchy. The fact that everything smelled like pee was disgusting was afraid to leave to go get dinner because of all the homeless people sitting right outside the door.

I stayed here for 2 days. The staff was unobtrusive and discreet. I had breakfast on the checkout date and their machine actual made a perfectly adequate macchiato.
