The second floor room facing the street was super loud and i struggled to sleep without waking up often due to cars, ambulances, trash trucks, etc… it’s a nice hotel in a great location. I would definitely stay there again but would probably chose a room not facing the Main Street.

The staff at the Cartwright are quick to take care of any problem that arises. I had a broken shower head and they were quick to move me to another room. No hesitation Great staff, always consistent and courteous. I will be a regular Very pleased.

The room is tired way past a renovation. First, the windows should be double-paned. The noice outside, even with earplugs is loud. Very loud, even on the 9 th floor! Not a good staycation for me. Overall, the room was clean and pillows were good. The best part is the Filipino staff! Always helpful and smiling! Not sure if I’ll give it another try.

Friendly. Clean. Confortable bed. Quiet. A Hi-Q game in the lobby that brought me back souvenir of my grand mother. A nice fire place in lobby to chill out. Coffee and tea in lobby in morning too. Great location. Great price.
