Location of the hotel is amazing — very convenient for transportation, cafes, and restaurants. If you have a car, there’s a parking garage right next to the hotel that charges about $77 per night, which was super convenient. The hotel itself is pretty good for the price, but the best part is definitely the excellent location

I actually loved the hotel except for two issues. For me, the mattress is too firm so it's a one night only stay. The other issue I'm sure was operator error, the fan light kept coming on so I had to turn off the fan. Great things... cute room, shampoo, liquid soap, safe, iron, Direct TV, and hair dryer available. Restaurants very close by, including a Starbucks. Great location. Will definitely stay again.

Great experience. Clean hotel with nice decor in lobby. Easy check in process at sister location around the corner. Only negative was the lack of body wash, hand soap, and hand towel. However that didn’t mess up our stay at all just a slight inconvenience. Highly recommend for an affordable stay in the city!(:

Definitely minimal amenities but knew this going into the stay based on other reviews. No iron/board and no wash cloths provided. Street noise was definitely an issue for my one night but kind of have to expect this being downtown and in an older building.

Clean room but no pump hand soap and the towels were so old that they ripped when i was drying my back. The tub was also so clogged with hair that i was ankle deep in water by the end of my shower. I had to check in at the sister hotel Stratford because that weekend the Bartlett didnt have a front desk team. Parking was a nightmare too, had to pay 6 dollars just to offload my luggage in the next door valet structure and 6 dollars when checking out, but otherwise used the Spothero app to find four day parking with in n out privileges.
