My husband and I stayed in the hotel for 6 nights. Staff who checked me in was friendly and welcoming to my 2 dogs. Our room was a waterfront view and it was amazing waking up to it everyday that we were there. Staff was accommodating, breakfast is accessible, a lot of parking available within the vicinity, and they are dog-friendly! The room is spacious, had adequate lighting at night, and water pressure in the shower was grdate! Bonus points on the Bluetooth, Netflix, Youtube, and Pandora apps on the TV! The hallways were clean and smelled good, and I barely heard the train passing by from our room. Sonesta will now be our go-to hotel whenever we’re visiting the Bay Area.

Super nice young lady at check in made us feel welcome. Area feels safe with lots of lighting in the parkinglot. Noticed there is a very regular shuttle schedule for the airport, too. Property is maintained and room was clean.
