The room was poorly lit. Only the bedside lamps lit the room. The bathroom was clean and nothing was broken. The bed mattress is getting a little old. The hotel photo is from glory days of perhaps 10 or 20 years ago. The property is worn down, with evidence of past glamour. The revolving door is broken, the walls and windows are dirty. There isn't even an electric sign, only a faded painted sign. Weeds are growing all over the parking lot. An inherently bad characteristic of the hotel design is that the ballroom part implies interior hallways, but the place has actually always been a MOTEL with room doors off the parking lot. I don't like the misrepresentation of the quality level, even though the price is low. Cheap hotels in San Francisco often have pictures that depict the wear and tear.

The room needs updating. No cold water in sink. Hot dripped all night. Shower control has hot first. Front desk staff could have directed us to a closer stairway than the map he provided. The rug is disgustingly dirty.

Again my deposit wasn't clear about how much it was and it changed when I got there again telling me I'm using a prepaid card when it's actually not it's a cash app card that's linked to two of my Banks it's a debit or a credit card with Visa right on it and they are making up excuses why not to pay me back or how long it's going to take when it should be you know 3 to 5 days 48 hours. Anyways the guy canceled my deposit because they pulled it from my card and then said that my card was declined for the room so I called the cops they help me go up to the desk and tell him to give me my $100 back all he did was cancel it, the deposit never went back into my account 6 days later back into my account

The room was peaceful and quiet, allowing for rest. The Park Pointe Hotel might have a couple of renovations going on at moment from the look of the front entrance.

the front desk guy when We check in was rude. I asked him about the buffet time of service and He ignored me 3 times. When we received the keys He gave us a dirty room, the sheets, pillows cases and towels were dirty but the bed was made like it was clean. My boyfriend and I talked to the front desk about the dirty room and he said tomorrow morning they cleaning it. The next day the maid cleaned the room very rapidly and I think everyone had bad actitud in this hotel. They were few kids running over and over in front of the room. I don’t like giving negative reviews but I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very, very dirty everywhere
