Parking found in front of unit on 1st floor. Ample lighting near unit. Sink faucet loose walls has splash marks smelled of smoke with air freshener. Floors needed to be cleaned. Tub and bathroom needed cleaning. Just really disappointing. Worth more like $40 if that. No ice machines were working. Had to go to the main lobby phone in room not working. Used cell to call desk with no answer. Entry to property needs lights the sign is there but at night you cannot see it drove past several times.

Room felt dirty. There were stains on the sheets and towels. I didn't feel comfortable touching anything. Price is cheap though. You get what you pay for. Parking area is suspicious because there are many people walking around the area. Car didn't get broken into.

The property photos are not updated. The place looks very old and rundown everything is rusted, even the bathroom curtain rod, and some lights don’t work. The staff mentioned the property is for sale, so there won’t be any renovations soon. We booked for two nights but ended up checking out after just one night, as we had no choice since we arrived very late and needed to rest. The staff were nice, but the property itself is just too old, and I hope guests won’t be misled by the outdated photos.

The pictures are not even close to this tired old building. The room was ok for a night. The area a bit sketchy. For the price it was manageable.

This was a straight nightmare and was false advertising. They have there lobby in a newer building so when you see the lobby online you think ok not bad. Then when you go past the lobby surprise surprise 😳. This was one of those hotels you would see in a scary movie no lie. I refused to sleep in there. Also my room was 333 and let me tell you it was hunted. Soon as I open the door there was something looking at me and I brushed it off thinking I’m tired then I look again and it was next to the bathroom in a corner. The hair on my neck and arms stood up And I got a chill like I was so cold all sudden. I typically don’t believe in that type of stuff, but I know what I saw. It was a weird looking female with blondish hair. OMG I NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS EVER. THIS IS WHY U DO A FULL REVIEW CHECK AND THERAL SEARCH. I DIDNT DO EITHER. I FIGURED PRICE ISNT TO BAD. TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICS. BY THE WAY THEY REFUSE TO DO A REFUND. I STILL BOUNCED OUT. NO WAY IN HELL I WOULD SLEEP THERE.

My stay at the Park Pointe Hotel in South San Francisco was deeply unpleasant and warrants a 1/5 star rating. The property is in a shocking state of severe disrepair, both inside and out. Cleanliness and Maintenance are Non-Existent: The hotel's physical condition is abysmal. The interior hallways were dirty and poorly lit at night, and our room's centerpiece was a filthy, sticky carpet and a noticeably stained individual chair. Exterior maintenance was equally neglected: the lawn was overgrown, shrubs were untrimmed, and common amenities like the soda and ice machines were broken or leaking. We observed numerous dusty windows, and disturbingly, several rooms with open blinds revealed visible trash that was left for our entire visit. Total Failure of Customer Service: We were initially provided only one large, one medium, and one small towel for two people. My attempts to request additional towels and pillows were met with silence; I called the front desk twice on two separate days with no answer. When I walked to the desk, I found it unstaffed, with a sign indicating a break—leaving me unable to get basic supplies or request the required room cleaning. It is impossible to request service when staff do not pick up the phone. While the water was hot and parking was free, these minimal positives cannot salvage a stay defined by filth and non-existent basic customer service. Do yourself a favor and book a hotel somewhere else.
