Free coffee and tea was served 24/7. Complimentary breakfast was great. They also served a glass of wine and cheese with crackers in late afternoon. hotel was clean and well maintained, had a great ambience with fireplaces being on and many couches to cozy up on in the lounge area.

Very nuce hotel with a personal touch, well maintained. Nice area with coffee and drinks included. Good location halfway up Nobb Hill, nice neighborhood with a sandwich diner, nice cocktail bar and some restaurants just next door.

Charming Wes Andersen-esque boutique hotel. Staff were prompt and accommodating. They have a library with a fireplace and the larger rooms have private gas fireplaces. Quaint and comfortable.

We are absolutely pleased with our stay at Petite Auberge in SF. Other than some steep stairs to get to our second floor room - the place was perfect for us. So close to the Masonic and Top of the Mark - our reason for our visit. My wife says - she'd go back in a heartbeat.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, large charming room, everything worked fine. The space in the room could be better utilized in my opinion, with different or rearranged furniture, but that’s a small bit to pick when our experience was excellent and I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Union Square area.

We enjoyed the stay. Good location, quiet and cozy room, functional wifi, decent morning breakfast. We wished that no a/c was better advertised on Expedia where we booked. I do think we would consider returning to Petite Auberge should we find ourselves in SF again. I'm pending a charge that I expect to "fall off" now that we've checked out and will reach out if it doesn't.
