The room was clean and spacious. The beds were so comfortable. The staff are outstanding in their service. So friendly and helpful. We were really late arriving and checking in, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. 10/10 would stay here again, and recommend to anyone.

Disgusting establishment

Arrived at 4:45 PM note at the front desk said be back in 15 minutes. Went back 20 minutes later and still nobody there. I called the number on the window and the hotel manager said he would be back for another half hour and he left the card to my room on a planter in front of the office. It was in an obvious place where anyone could’ve taken the key and checked all the rooms for entrance. The place was disgustingly dirty, holes in the sheets, cobwebs, dust, and mold all around the entire room. Pictures will be enclosed. I would give this place a zero stars if I could. I would highly recommend someone to go elsewhere because this place was so disgusting I woke up stuffed up could not breathe through my nose because all of the dust and everything in the room I couldn’t even use the air conditioner because it was caked with dust so I was afraid to turn it on. I definitely will not return to this place.

Bathroom had some black insects all around the edge of the borders and bath tub. They were dead but had to clean off first before showering otherwise I loved the room and cute courtyard outside the room!

Don't stay here

I arrived at 2AM and the bells to alert staff that I had arrived didn't work. I had to knock on the glass to get anyone's attention, and then the attendant acted very irritated. When we got into the room, there were bugs on the pillows and the toilet was difficult to flush. The toilet handle broke off the toilet the next night, so we had to move rooms, but they moved us from a room with two queens to a room with one king. Best thing about it is the free parking.

I like the affordability and spacious room. There's coffee maker, ref and microwave. The room is clean but smells Indian food. The manager is approachable and accommodating and easy to talk to. I don't like the coutyard. It needs sweeping. Also, the sink clogs, there's leak on the bathroom floor of Rm 109. We were moved to another room but the toilet doesn't flush and when push down hard, the lever came off. We have to keep the tank open and just pulled the string to make the toilet flush. It was like that the whole time we were there. Oh, the sink and bath tub don't have covering on the hole so the drainage smells and particles easily flows down the pipes. Wish they have a maintenance that go around to check, work and clean their facilities. Lastly, the check in/out window glass is shady and filled with scratches. You can hardly see the inside..
