Had to call front desk multiple times over the span of 3 hours just to receive replacements for broken amenities on both days that we were there. The room was pretty mediocre — views of a brick wall, flickering lights, no smart TV, weird bathroom setup without privacy, mismatched wine glasses, and missing/broken amenities. Some of which wouldn’t be a big deal typically, but when you’re spending almost $400 a night… it doesn’t seem worth it.
