Great location with a lot of places to visit close by. Only 2 blocks from BART, so getting the hotel from the airport was very easy. The room was clean as was the hotel. Only issue was the alley behind my room was noisy. But that is to be expected in a city. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

Convenient location near shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly. The room and bedding looked shabby and dusty and the tv and fan didn’t work. I could live with that, but then I found several ticks in the room. When I tried to tell the staff the next morning during check out, they just seemed to blow it off and said the room would be cleaned. I wasn’t trying to complain, but if there’s a chance of a bug problem, I thought they should be aware.

What the room lacks in space, It more than makes up for in amenities! My room rates a 10/10 on for the budget experience. My room had a tv with more than 70 channels, High-speed internet, a microwave and a refrigerator, a hair dryer, some soap and shampoo, clean towels, warm or hot shower inside a Private Bathroom! The room 329 is exactly as it appears in the Hotels.com app. I needed two nights and almost 3days of R.& R. The Queen Bed is amazing! It's a memory foam mattress that is like sleeping on a bed specifically designed for you! There's a wall mounted hairdryer and a fan that makes it over all a 10/10 for a "budget hotel in San Francisco." I just needed to kick back and chill, this place is Highly Recommend By Me! You get way more than you can imagine. I have to add in my 56+hours there, I never had 1 disturbance except for Housekeeping at 4pm. The room is modern and up to date. The built-in high powered c chargers and USB a chargers are a blessing. The wifi was twice as fast as mine. I look forward to staying there again soon and I know you will be too. 10/10 for San Francisco Budget Hotel!
