Everything was perfect except for the morning receptionist when we dropped off our luggage. She seemed very lazy and lacked customer care providing no assistance at all. She made us do everything ourselves, including pushing the luggage cart into the conference room for storage. I wouldn’t have minded helping if she had simply communicated politely instead of speaking to us in a rude manner.

The parking here is TERRIBLE. Added parking is needed for sure especially with events going on throughout the Bay Area. The front desk was super helpful allowing us to parking in a non-designated area, but imagine if they needed that spot for safety assistance. Other than that, staff is incredible.
