If you’re expecting a warm and welcoming stay, look elsewhere. The staff here is shockingly unfriendly, and simply asking for basic items that were missing from our room felt like an inconvenience to them. The front desk particularly the Filipina staff member on duty was even yelling at another guest over the phone right in front of us. Completely unprofessional. And whatever you do, do NOT use the sofa bed, especially if you have children. My child was injured by a broken wire sticking out of it enough to make her bleed. When I reported this, not a single manager was available. I was told to “just email” them. No concern, no apology, no sense of urgency about a child being hurt due to their negligence of fixing the broken wire. This stay was beyond disappointing. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone who values safety, professionalism, or basic human decency.

Enjoyed the breakfast potatoes and cinnamon rolls. Room felt clean. I checked the room air filter and this is first hotel where I actually found it had been cleaned or replaced. I also saw the maids carrying a stack of clean air filters to replace the dirty ones out. Its nice to know the hotel cares about the air quality in the guest rooms. I had an ev car and one night 2 of the electric parking spaces were taken by non electric cars.

Worst hotel ever stayed, the bed sheets had hairs all over and even in the bathroom. There is no way to connect with the property, calls are unanswered. They even charged more for parking. They charged $70 for 2 day parking which was informed to be $19.99 per day.

Everything was great, but the coffee maker in the room didn’t work. We could get plenty of coffee and tea in the lobby, however, starting at 6am. The rooms aren’t very soundproof in terms of hearing highway noise. Once we were able to fall asleep. The noise didn’t wake us up.

They were courteous and gave excellent customer service love their complimentary breakfast with drinks and pastries, sausages, eggs, country potatoes, coffee, tea, juices, yogurt. My only complaint is that the shuttle guy driver was really mean to me by not letting me on I had to take the Doubletree Hilton hotel shuttle and a Lyft from there which took myself much longer to arrive and check in hours later.

Really lovely staff. I made a mistake with my booking and they were so abliging and helped me fix up the issue. Room was great, very spacious, clean and their breakfast was great. Highly recommended!
