Nice place for a weeklong stay. Not too far from everything San Mateo but def need a car. Parking on the street can be challenging. I appreciated the full stove, though I didn't really need it. I would stay again.

Long stay

The listing details and pictures are pretty accurate. I had a long 2 month stay during summer and was worried about it getting too hot, but San Mateo has great weather and the large fan in the room kept it comfortable. There was also a space heater. Parking wasn’t a problem. Cooking equipment was decent, but I could have used some baking dishes for the oven. The window faces a small walkway surrounded by fence and if the blinds are open, other neighbors in the house could see directly inside the room, which could be slightly awkward. But just kept them partly closed during my stay. The bed is a super comfy huge king! Overall the place was very clean, quiet and felt safe and comfy. Would definitely stay again.

Passover vacation

We thought the bed was comfortable, and TV good for Netflics but the table and chairs were very uncomfortable. If someone is just sleeping there, it is a great location 1/2 way in between our two sons, bur quality of things you had there in kitchen were very cheap. Refrig had no ice. OK for short stay only.
