The Room was dirty The bathtub was plugged and all the water accumulated was disgusting. And there was hair from previous clients all over the walls in the shower. Overall, the room was very dirty.

Reservation customer service zero of 10 they make a mistake instead of make a reservation for Saturday they make it for Sunday never cancel it the first one so when I went there, they have four reservation for me take maybe 20 minutes to solve the problem

I was in room 333 and I could hear very loud sounds coming from room 332 and 334 and it sound like a heavy duty fan in one room and like an air conditioning unit and the other room was very loud and then there were Crack sounds and popping sounds during the evening. It’s like every time I fell asleep. It would wake me up again, clearly not the rest I was looking for extremely disappointed in that room.. I stayed there before a year earlier and I was on the second floor and it was a good experience, but this time awful, and I would not go back

We requested NO maid service for our entire 3-night stay, but the maid entered on Friday and on Saturday. The man at the desk stated he could not control the maid service in all those many rooms!!! really? But all worked out well, except that I lost a crystal necklace that I have worned for 49 years. It could have been lost in the hotel between 6:30am and 7:15 am Sunday Oct. 5th. Thanks for looking, if you will.

I vacationed for a 49er game with my family the hotel was much more than I expected very clean nice and the breakfast was very good. The attendant Diana was very nice and helpful always asking if we needed anything and making sure food was there.

As always with HI, it was clean and locationally convenient. While I know the high price is partially due to the upscale area, it was actually one of the lesser HI properties.
