I can’t Believe that this Hotel is open for reservations at the platform, the Hotel is Dirty, the service of the staff, terrible, and a lot of People Living in the street outside the Hotel, so you cannot get in as Easy, and there is a lot of noise during the Night

Room was clean but tattered needed update..satisfactory for price.. TV had to stay on in order to keep satellite working ..neighborhood was the Tenderloin ..if you are not ok with homeless I would not recommend.no problems with parking and walking in the neighborhood..loved free parking.

Room was OK & staff was very nice. However, the bed was hard on one side & the other side all I felt were the springs making it uncomfortable. The blanket & bedspread, if you want to call it that, was as thin as the sheet. No extra blanket in the room. Had to keep the heat up to stay warm.

The biggest advantage is the free parking, but the bed was very uncomfortable, sagging in the middle. The air conditioning was also very noisy, which disturbed my sleep. The blanket was too thin as well.

Room was very spacious with a microwave and fridge, which was a good aspect. However, most hotels also have a small coffee maker in the room. This hotel didn't have one. A good (great actually) amenity was having free parking available. The location is very convenient and walking around is a good option. Staff is friendly and the facility gives a good vibe of being safe. (Security cameras around)

Area nearby was sketchy, facilities seemed very run down, front desk resource tried to be helpful but indicated that they had called Expedia several weeks prior “due to a leak” in my room and I no longer had a reservation, and that Expedia should have let me know; Expedia called to confirm that I wasn’t being charged and I booked my own room from there
