I should have researched this place more. It is outdated and does not have a restaurant/bar to get dinner. The staff was friendly. I was in a building far away from front office. It was noisy and I didn’t feel very safe.

Step Up El Rancho!

Check In should be more welcoming and informative. Airport shuttle serboce should be reinstated. Rooms should be cleaner. Restaurant and lounge should be open for business aside from breakfast. Nice, old property w better potential than is being realized.

Very Nice Hotel

We were able to walk to the place we wanted to eat dinner which was a plus. it is very close to the airport which was wonderful. I had to drop someone off at 5:30 in the morning

It was an Okay stay. The shower flooded a lot, the toilet made a weird noise everytime it flushed. The pool and jacuzzi area could have been more cleaned. A lot of old rust surrounding the jacuzzi no towels is the pool area. Other than that it was a cool experience. The morning breakfast was eatable. I guess you get your moneys worth. What I didn’t like was why is there a $15 parking fee per night?? This wassnt an extravagant hotel or anything.
