Fantastic stay at Kasa! The room was spotless and very modern. You really can’t beat the location—it’s smack in the middle of the Gaslamp Quarter, so everything is walkable. It’s also surprisingly affordable for such a prime area. Highly recommend if you want to be where the action is!

Place was quaint, but somewhat dirty. dealt with some cockroaches. Back room was not too loud, but still a little rowdy from the bars. Kinda get what you pay for sonce it is cheaper. Not terrible, not great.

The unit had a damp musky odor. The was a box of damp rid on the shelf in the bedroom, my shoes stuck to the floor in the bedroom and kitchen area. I cleaned the floor with paper towels. It was obvious that the floor had not been moped in a long time as it was filthy! The a/c was programmed to keep the unit freezing to keep the odor down. I would not stay here again.
