I am a blind person who was using the ramp to get into my Uber. Due to the ramp being very slippery, I fell and injured my head, shoulder, hip, knee, ankle, and neck.
The hotel failed to submit a report about what happened. I am in a lot of pain. One of their employees initially offered to arrange for me to see a doctor and said the hotel would cover it, but another employee denied it. Later, someone texted me claiming that a 25% credit had been applied. This was false—no credit was applied to the card I paid with, nor to the card charged for incidentals.
Even if the credit had been issued, it would not begin to cover the cost of medical bills. The negligence and irresponsibility of Holiday Inn has caused me serious harm. It has now been over a week, and the hotel has neither applied the credit nor offered to cover medical expenses from my fall.
