▸ Excessive outdoor noise is strictly enforced after 10pm. This is a peaceful neighborhood, so

▸ The home has exterior security cameras, and excessive noise decibel detectors. This allows us to

protect you, the property, and the neighborhood from parties or other house rules violations. The

cameras are not located inside the home and only monitor the exterior of the property.

▸ Sustainability Reminder:

We are environmentally conscious and ask guests to turn off lights, appliances, and electronics

when not in use. Thank you for helping us conserve energy.

▸ Towel & Linen Use:

Please use towels and linens responsibly. Excessive stains or damage may result in additional

replacement charges.

▸ Trash Disposal:

Kindly dispose of all garbage in the appropriate bins to help us maintain cleanliness for future

guests.
