When I checked in at 8pm 12/30， the staff charged me $520 although my Expedia account showed $400. Without any explanation, I was urged to tap my card. When I asked my question about the charge amount, the staff was unhappy , asked me to cancel the payment first, then explained the charge with a straight face and asked me if I would Ike to cancel the reservation. I just wanted to understand the charges which is supposed to be explained by the hotel staff ahead of time. It was late and my kids were with me, I might way away if I was buy myself. The checking experience was not good. However, we like the room and the breakfast is not bad. I also got a chance to interact with other staff in the remaining days and it was good.
