My granddaughter had a Gymnastics competition in Del Mar. This stay was excellent! Easy to book, easy to park, she was able to get enough sleep (quiet at night) and they had breakfast before leaving! No stress. Property is clean and service was friendly. Great place to stay.

The suite we stayed in was perfect. Clean and very comfortable. Our front desk clerk Mike was amazing. He was super friendly and warm. I signed up for the rewards program at his recommendation because I have every intention on staying again.

We stayed here on 01/08/26 with no issues and I gave it 5stars. In this night we arrived checked in and didn’t receive our free drinks based on on tier status. Additionally, the restroom was dirty and the AC struggled to keep the room at 73. I set it at 70. 4 stars on this trip due to unclean room, AC not working its best and staff not honoring free drinks. I was given them after walking back down and asking for them.

Room temperature was stuck at 76 degrees, & sink was plugged with standing water. However, the handyman Carl was excellent in repairing the temperature control, & getting the sink unplugged! He was very personable & efficient. All their employees were cordial & helpful, & their free cookies & beverages were wonderful! There was an empty water bottle under the bed, & a disposable razor behind the curtain, when we first checked in! So room should have been cleaner before checking in a new guest!
