▸ The home has exterior security cameras, and excessive noise decibel detectors. This allows us to protect you, the property, and the neighborhood from parties or other house rules violations. The cameras are not located inside the home and only monitor the exterior of the property.

▸ Sustainability Reminder: We are environmentally conscious and ask guests to turn off lights, appliances, and electronics when not in use. Thank you for helping us conserve energy.

▸ The washer dryer inside the unit is not an included amenity, and is only for management/staff use.
