Front desk staff, Chris and Asst Manager Alejandro were amazing. Breakfast was tasty and varied daily. Rooms need some TLC from wear and tear. Beds could be softer. Other than that, the stay was fine. If the hotel gets some updates, there is no reason 10 stars can’t be awarded.

The swimming pools were gross due to the area. The drains do not work. So there's just massive puddles everywhere, with a food crumbs and stuff in it. This was for the 2 days that I was there, totally gross. I even went at eight o'clock the next morning and the puddles were still there.They had not been drained all the way. The rest of the hotel was very clean

Parking a full size truck could be tricky with the low ceiling, pipes and hvac hanging even lower. Nice walk down to Old Town very pleasing. Interior hallways and guest room doors unsightly, could use a paint job for dexterity purposes. Rooms were clean and spacious.
