Room was very dirty, toilet wouldn’t flush, shower didn’t work, very loud from neighbors, air conditioner leaking when wasn’t even on, one bed was flat and sunk in, knats, egg smell from water, hair in drain, staff were very nice though

Didn’t realize there were so many transient walking around the area and a train that passed every 3 hours blowing its horn and the freeway above the hotel and not family friendly. Over all the room was clean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.My room was clean and when I needed extra towels.The staff was more than happy to give them to me.The only problem was the security guard,he was a total dick head and that is no reflection on the staff.He was going above his pay grade.Other than that,I had a marvelous stay and would be more than happy to return again.
