The living area features a leather couch, high ceilings, hardwood floors, LED smart TV, dining table and chairs framed by multiple windows. The kitchen is beautifully designed with granite counters, accent cabinet lights, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator and everything you will need to cook complete meals during your stay with us. The bathroom has high ceilings and is equipped with plenty of towels. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a blow dryer are all provided. Both bedrooms feature Queen beds, mirrored closet wardrobe doors, LED Smart TVs, ceiling fans and air conditioners. All beds have memory foam mattresses which are very comfortable. All 3 TV’s have streaming capability. Additional items provided to our guests include beach chairs, beach towels, a boogie board, lighted make-up mirror, an iron and ironing board and a high chair for the little ones. The unit is beautifully decorated with furniture and drapes of modern classic design. The property is located 5 minutes driving distance to the Convention Center, Gas Lamp district, Ball Park, Coronado Island, the Airport, Balboa Park and the Zoo. Freeway access is located around the corner and bus stop transits to and from downtown are located within a block of the property and local beaches are within easy driving distance. Some of Golden Hill’s most popular spots such as the Turf Club, Panchitas Bakery, Luigi's Pizza and Golden Hill Park are within walking distance. Additional features in the common areas include a Barbecue Grill, Gazebo with table and chairs and a Fire Pit with wood provided. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee and city views from the patio table and chairs provided on the front porch. Grill your favorite foods on a gourmet barbecue and relax with dinner under a lighted Gazebo.
