Did not receive the king bed I reserved, instead the hotel gave us 2 queens stating they sold out the particular room I reserved. Double check when going as there was a festival outside on the lawn that you could hear inside room, until festival completed at night.

Stayed in a corner suite large enough for 4 adults to not feel cramped while getting ready. Great Location. Friendly staff. Amazing views. Hotel was clean and modern. Beds comfy! Pillows slightly flat. Air unit from above blew right on us all night...not happy with this even after we adjusted the direction. Breakfast was ok...really just the watery flavorless eggs we were not a fan of and that they stop breakfast 9/930 on weekends. Most places stay open until 10. The plus was the coffee was good, strong, and very hot. (2 coffee shops just below the hotel available... one being a popular chain). Walk right outside for a great walk along the water, across from the Midway Museum, and across the cruise ship docks. Close to a lot of main attractions. Parking is pricey as expected but booking package deal with expedia was a score ...thanks, expedia ! Parking deck was easy to get in and out and felt safe! We switched to this hotel because it was one of the few that does not allow cats and dogs ...we did not want cat or dog dander. (Only service dogs allowed) Would definitely stay here again!!!!!

Super friendly staff. Room was clean and the mattress actually comfortable (been a problem, worn out mattresses lately when i travel) breakfast was good. Probably time to update some of the cushions outside at the bar. They are tired. Over all great location. Great stay.
