Response by Front Desk and Security Guard were inadequate when I was exposed to an illegal drug apparently being used by adjacent room - the air leaked through an adequate adjoining door. This happened from Sunset to about 10:00pm. No appropriate options were given to me. I was drugged with no hotel help.

Hotel was excellent but on the last day of our stay, the room next to us was exceptionally loud, left their door propped open and was playing music next to us until at least 2AM. Unfortunately the sound insolation between rooms was not great, otherwise it would have been a great stay.

Guests forced to navigate Property without Safety Protection in place around construction Activity to find how to park NO BELL CAPTAINS Guests forced to unload Baggage find a Cart and deliver to Room, Guest forced to PAY FOR SELF-PARKING but told on Espedia ALL COST, FEES AND COSTS INCLUDED IN PRICE QUITED; fSelf-Parking was far from Entrance competing with Construction Vehicles and Activity with NO SAFETY SIGNAGE IN PLACE; INSIDE SERVICES Not ready for Prime Time: Disabled Guest not allowed to Check-In Earlier than 4pm; my Favorite Drink is Caipirinha, Baar did not stock Cachaca Liquor and Bartender did not know how to make it. I enjoyed breakfast in my room and a dinner in the dining room. Food was delicious and staff attentive. I recommend you have the screens on the hairdryers cleaned. While drying my hair the handle became too warm for my comfort. The filter was covered in lint. [FYI: I find I leave the same suggestion at every hotel I stay at.]
