The shower in the room bathroom was very terrible. Hardly any water pressure. Also the toilet in bathroom didn't work or flush as well. The little market in hotel lobby was not well stocked and extremely overpriced. I wasn't very impressed overall with this hotel

I booked a room with a king size bed and was not made aware rooms with a king size bed were not available anymore until I checked in late in the evening. The only room available was with two queens. Staff did compensate by waving the parking fee and gifting two cookies?? Would still have loved to know before hand that the room I paid for wasn't available because I was not in need of two beds.

We were in room 721. The door handle to the bathroom was about to come off. There was hair on the wall in the bathroom the carpeting in the room was stained and in small areas, the carpet is shredded. The elevator in the garage doesn't work.The TBs do not permit streaming services.I'm so sad and surprised that DoubleTree has allowed this property to fall apart. I worked for them, many years ago when this was a great hotel chain that took pride in their properties.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and never had any issues until this visit. Unfortunately, this stay was very unpleasant. We booked four rooms and had problems with two of them. Since the hotel was fully booked, the guests from one room had to sleep in the other rooms. At one point, we were even given a key to a room that we were told was available. We used the key and walked in, only to find a family asleep inside. This was shocking, embarrassing, and completely unacceptable for both us and the family staying there. I was told we would be compensated and receive reward points for the inconvenience, especially since we had to accommodate guests who should have had their own rooms. I’ve called multiple times, but I’m always told the manager is in a meeting. I was later informed that only one night was comped for one of the rooms, that this was “more than enough,” and that I should stop calling.
