This hotel is beautiful !! We felt we were in like a telenovela in a beautiful hacienda with full of plants and art!! The staff are excellent in customer service and the food in the restaurant is the best in town! Definitely the best experience I had in our trip in San Cristobal De Las Casas!

An exceptional boutique hotel in San Cristobal. The design and decor are elegant and beautifully showcase the work of Juan Martinez Parente, a great Mexican artist – the hotel is in easy walking distance of everything in the city. The staff were unfailingly helpful, polite, and the service impeccable.

We expected a nice small hotel in a nice small town. However we did not expect the exelent level of service and such class in a very small town. This place would shine as a star in any city famous for its service industry like Tokyo or Singapore. Hotel itself is beautifully designed. Small and cozy, in a great convenient location. The property is absolutly immaculate. I spent a week in a larger suite with a fireplace. My friend stayed in a regular room. We both loved it. The place smells amazing too! I even asked if i could buy the fragrance...its custom. Of course. As is all the beautiful art and decore. Its a 5 star experience for a minimal price. We did visit few other high ranking hotels just to see what other options we may consider in the future -- but NOTHING came even close. The hotel staff was available 24/7. We did have to deal with a delayed flight. Cancelations. Changes in transfers. The communication with hotel via WhatsApp was flawless. They handled everything immediately. Day and middle of the night. Best experience ever. Thank you for working so hard to make our trip to San Cristobal such memorable experience.

Es una bonita propiedad pero los espacios comunes de la propiedad son muy pequeños, aunque al parecer casi todas los espacios en esa zona están muy reducidos iniciando por las calles. La recamara estuvo muy cómoda y limpia.
