My parents room was infested with roaches, the room had traps all over the room, we asked about getting the beds changed and they denied it, my parents are older and they didnt know that they could get it changed, I am very frustrated that they brought this up to the front desk and they dismissed it, my parents were in town for a funeral so they were occupied with other things, this place is horrible, I also have videos and pictures for proof
