I booked my hotel and verified the day before. When we arrived they had given my room away. The offered other lesser options. Then I requested a rollout bed/air mattress and told 3 different things, to be told no due to safety but they couldn't tell the code. Then when I got to my room a air mattress was already in the room. The bell hop (bryan) and valet man were exceptional. The location is great and that is why I booked this hotel.
