The apartment was right beside the Riverwalk. It was very neat and clean. Luis was very responsive to our needs. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe and clean apartment to stay in San Antionio. It was perfect for 4 people.

Fantastic location, right on the riverwalk. Apartment was beautiful, exactly as described and very clean! Absolutely no complaints; the hosts were fast to reply, super helpful through the check in process. The apartment building is fully secure with codes and key fob entries. Be sure to visit the El Camino food truck park just behind the apartment building… 10/10!!!

Perched on the top floor, this condo felt like a private escape above the city. It was incredibly quiet—calm, tucked away, and perfectly placed just steps from the river. Everything worth wandering to was right there: the performance arts center, art museum, even the library, all within an easy, unhurried walk. You could stroll your way straight into the River Walk without ever feeling rushed. The rooms were peaceful and still, the kind of quiet that lets you truly unwind and sink into the stay.

The apartment is in a perfect location, right along the Riverwalk - close to Pearl, and not too far of a walk to downtown. Our family loved the pool and the common area like the outdoor grills! The apartment is on the top floor, corner unit and very quiet. Beautiful view of the city skyline. Very clean unit with fun, vibrant decor. Luis and Mercedes were very responsive when we had a question/needed help. Will definitely stay there again when we go back to visit our son at college.

The condo is a two bedroom apartment in a great neighborhood with everything you need for the most relaxing stay. Luis and Mercedes hosted us and did everything they could to accommodate our requests. Luis helped us get additional time much needed in the apartment that worked best for our family needs. Mercedes was always willing to answer questions and help with anything we needed. The apartment was exactly as advertised, very clean, everything was well kept, the beds were very comfortable. The condo had a stylish look and upgraded appliances ready to make your stay even easier. We cannot thank Luis and Mercedes enough. It’s really a prime location right on the river walk. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a great spot downtown area to enjoy night life and family friendly restaurants within walking distance.

For the price and location, I do not recommend. Paid in full but did not stay after visiting the property. Better options for same or similar price closer to Riverwalk action area. Unit itself is clean and well kept. Owners seem nice and committed to the rental. But the building it’s in is not the best.
