Staff was very helpful with issues we had. Hot water not working in the tub, building itself in dire need of a facelift , ie peeling paint on walls, squeaking doors, gym equipment inoperative. Facility old and it shows.

The hotel is a bit old and could use some updates, but the customer service was great — very friendly and helpful staff. The room was a little dirty, but overall, it was an okay stay.

Poor quality

The hotel was pretty tired and dirty. The room had a few bugs (one dead and two alive). Several items in the room were broken (light fixture, blinds, night stand), and had many stains (carpet, sofa, walls). Breakfast quality was really bad. Overall very poor quality stay.
