The hotel is a bit old and could use some updates, but the customer service was great — very friendly and helpful staff. The room was a little dirty, but overall, it was an okay stay.

Poor quality

The hotel was pretty tired and dirty. The room had a few bugs (one dead and two alive). Several items in the room were broken (light fixture, blinds, night stand), and had many stains (carpet, sofa, walls). Breakfast quality was really bad. Overall very poor quality stay.

We had a few "uninvited" guest in our room. We had to take out our trash after we had dinner in the room (we stayed two nights) And worst of all someone entered our room in the middle of the night. I informed the front desk and was accused of leaving my door open overnight because there was no possible other way it could have happened. I will never stay at a Marriott property again. The management didn't feel the need to offer an apology or anything for the inconvenience.
