🔹 Smoking: A $100 fee applies for any smoke odor detected inside.
🔹 Unregistered Guests: A $35 fee per person/day applies to anyone not on the reservation.
🔹 Late Checkout: Unapproved checkouts after 11:00 AM incur a $50 fee.
🔹 TV Remote: Lost remote replacement fee is $50.
🔹 EV Charging: Prohibited. Charging EVs via regular outlets incurs a $35/night fee.
🔹 Child Safety: Children are welcome, but the house is not child-proofed; constant supervision is required.
🔹 Garbage Disposal: Strictly for small bones/food waste. No large or unprocessable items. A $100 fee applies for unclogging.
🔹Please do not unplug or remove any connected devices (gateway, cables, or chargers). Any missing items will incur a $200 penalty charge
🔸Appliance Care: We kindly ask that you handle all home appliances with care so they remain in great condition during your visit. Please be aware that any damages or breakages caused to the appliances during your stay will result in a repair or replacement fee.

We maintain strict, ongoing professional pest control at our property. However, due to the warm Texas climate during this time of year, occasional insect sightings are completely normal for the region and sometimes unavoidable.
- To help us keep the indoors pest-free, we kindly ask that you:
- Keep all exterior doors and windows fully closed when not in use.
- Ensure food is put away or properly sealed.
