The room was renovated, clean, and nice, and the staff were very friendly. However, I was very disappointed that breakfast was served with single-use plates and utensils. If I had known that, I wouldn’t have chosen this hotel, as it’s not environmentally friendly and doesn’t follow sustainable practices. Also, the garage charges $40 per night and doesn’t have a charging station for electric cars.

Clean room, comfy beds, pillows. Updated kitchen. Hot shower takes time to kick in. AC on our last night took time to kick in cool air. Fridge had a lot of dents on the door. Hair dryer electrocuted my hand, I did not realize that the adapter was broken & wires exposed. Good value for a 2-bedroom suite.

Right off the bat service was not too friendly Almost that you are bothering them The room was very nice but the bed and sheets were not comfortable and definitely not hotel spa thread count Valet was terrible and be careful with the restrictions and no self park you will find yourself looking for a place to park And that pool was a shame, it looks like a smaller pool in the pictures well it’s even smaller and sadder in person. Will not stay there again maybe try the one across the street

Wonderful property, so clean and fresh. Only tiny knock is the channel guide on the TV was wrong, but so minor! A GREAT value, just a few minutes walk to Alamo and Riverway!
