Rooms were great nice and clean ...staff was ok Not too friendly didn't feel welcome but the valley parking guy was amazing didn't get his name blonde hair also the kitchen girl was very nice kept asking if i needed anything....not very good selection on the vending stuff but over all we enjoyed our stay

We stayed on the 10th floor. It took at least 10 minutes of running the water before it even began to get warm. Breakfast was the same thing everyday of the week. It was a good location for the Riverwalk.

Any concerns we had were quickly resolved, the only drawback was the crush of everybody checking out at 11am picking up valet cars at the same time. Lots of cars, lots of guests, and just a couple of guys running back-and-forth. They worked hard.

This room was perfect for the occasion. It was within walking distance to where we needed to go. The room was spacious and clean. The plug by the vanity did not work and neither did our phone (very minor issues). The staff was great. They did offer to send maintenance but I refused but wanted them to take note and fix for the next guest. I did not eat breakfast during my stay so I am unable to rate that. All in all, it was a great stay and will return and recommend.

The check in staff was great! The short, black gentleman working the desk was professional, very nice, and funny! (Apologies for not gentleman your name.) The rooms were clean and spacious. This was my family's first stay, but we will stay again.

Valet Service vs. Front Desk/Hotel

It was short of horrible. Please read the fine print as they don’t clean the room unless you ask for your room to be cleaned. Before my stay I asked for extra towels and foam pillows and they never read my message until after I checked in the hotel. The front desk blame they use a 3rd party to handle their web site and blamed them. Then they double my room rate just because Paul McCarthy was in town. The front desk could care less and said “let me give you my manager card and you can call her to resolve your issue “. This hotel needs a deep cleaning. The noise from outside (I was on the 12th floor) was loud and late in the evening. However the valet was awesome but there is no way to rate this action. I tip them every time I brought my car in and had my car parked in front the entire time. These folks were the best and incredibly polite and customer service friendly unlike the front desk.

Our stay at Sonesta San Antonio was fantastic !! This property is immaculate , staff at front desk was amazing. Our room was beautiful a big suite with everything that you could possibly need or want . A few minutes walk to river walk and the Alamo.

The room was nicer than expected. There was a separate area for the kitchen, the bathroom was spacious, and the room was very clean. I wish there had been more breakfast things that were a grab and go style but other than that, great stay.
