Hotel is a bit outdated but clean, suites have pans and utensils which is good for ppl staying for more than a day.Its located next to door to a popular night which is interesting. There is a $35 " valet parking fee but there is there is no valet, you park your own car.also $ 100 incidental fee worth noting at check in that is refunded back a few days later

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Room set up was nice we were able to get a view of the TV from the couch or the bed thanks to the way it was mounted. The little kitchen had most of everything we needed. Only complaints were the parking rate seemed a little high for the hotel location and overall look and cleanliness wise our dishwasher was broken and the dishes provided didn’t look fully clean.

The parking is not vale and it was confusing on how to get in, I had to call the front to figure out and basically you have to park temporarily in the vale side to get your card to access the parking garage. It can only hold maybe two cards so I imagine check in would be harder at 4 (they were kind to let me check in an hour early). Service was good just needs an update on the vale/parking on their site and hotels.com

Roaches upon entry to room. Broken items around the room, strong odor smell to raid, and tub clogging and drain issues. No management on site for days. We moved to several rooms and encountered the same issues.  Finally checked out early because the hotel was deplorable. We were told over the phone that management would begin refund process. Over a week has passed and we have yet to hear back to resolve the issue.

Room was spotless and staff was courteous as well. Only issue was breakfast was out of a lot of items and no juice for the kids there was only coffee and water. But wasn’t a huge problem for us . I recommend this place
