The guy at the front desk, Gabriel, couldn’t find my reservation and told me that my reservation had been cancelled. I booked with Expedia and never cancelled the reservation. I showed him that I reserved it 2 months ago, my confirmation #, and the emails sent to me just 2 days ago saying my trip is coming up. I kept going back and forth with him for 30 minutes. I finally called Expedia and told them that they said I cancelled it. Expedia said that I never cancelled it and said that they were going to reimburse me. I said I don’t want to be reimbursed, I want the room that I paid for. I finally said I want another front desk employee to help me. The other employee, female, found my reservation and after an hour of being so mad they finally gave me keys to our room. They wasted an hour of my vacation time which I had already planned things to do since I was only staying one night in San Antonio. So frustrating! So make sure the female checks you in and not the male front desk employees because he didn’t know what he was doing.

This hotel has roaches and they are not very clean. Everytime an issue was addressed they respond with “that’s not what’s advertised” They post pictures of the lobby. The rooms are not clean and there is a lot of damage to the property

Avoid This Place at All Costs Our stay was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. The cleanliness was a disaster — stains everywhere, dirty surfaces, and an overall neglected appearance. The noise level was unbearable; you could clearly hear people in the next room and even footsteps from the hallways. The elevators made such loud and unsettling noises that we genuinely felt unsafe using them. The bathroom was in terrible condition and clearly needed maintenance. Everything in the room looked old, worn out, and dirty. We felt so uncomfortable that we decided to leave shortly after checking in, even though it meant losing what we had already paid. To make things worse, the area around the hotel felt unsafe. A staff member even mentioned that there had been previous issues in the parking lot — and there were no cameras for security. When we decided to check out just 20 minutes after arriving, no one at the front desk seemed to care or even ask why we were leaving. This place is absolutely not worth your time or money. Save yourself the stress and stay somewhere else.

The property was clean but the building could definitely use some renovations. *horribly noisy bathroom fan in our room* Staff is young so hospitality was not that friendly or welcoming. The gym was extremely eerie, televisions not on, there was a leak on the weight bench from the plumbing above, treadmill had an error message, luckily I thought to unplug and plug back in which resolved the issue. Location is good if you plan to walk to surrounding locations. We primarily walked to majority of the time. Parking is not available unless you Valet for $40 per night so we used the parking lot adjacent to the Hotel for $18 a night. It worked out but you do get what you pay for-

I was very disappointed in this hotel. The pictures were very deceiving. The floor in our room was very dirty. I called the main desk 2 different times for towels and blankets and both times they didn't bring what I asked for. Parking is not free here so be aware when booking. It costed me $18.75 for 24 hour parking. The bed was comfortable. That's the only positive thing.
