I had an emergency change in my clinical rotation site 72 hours after booking and was only refunded 50% of the full amount paid and no options for a full refund. I booked on a Friday and sent email to cancel on a Monday- even though I booked in less than 30 days of stay- no grace period allowed and was not empathetic to situation.
