Clean room, okay breakfast, great location. Front desk girl at check in was very nice. The girl at checkout though not so friendly, didn't even ask about our stay. Security guard at the parking lot entrance at night felt safe. I was not aware of a parking charge of $10 when I booked, however it was not a daily charge it was $10 for the entire stay. I did feel inconvenienced and annoyed at the text messages to confirm my arrival time and put in my card info ahead of arrival. I received another text the day before checkout to confirm what time I was leaving. The morning of checkout I was awakened at 8ish am by the housekeeper knocking and trying to come in even with the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on the door, and even with my confirmation that I wasn't leaving until checkout time at 11 am! Between the text messages and the housekeeper waking me up I felt as if there was a rush for me to leave. I was trying to sleep in because we had been in town at the hospital all day for 2 1/2 days. I was not happy with being woken up at all!! "DO NOT DISTURB" means exactly that, a lot of people in that area come to town for medical reasons. It wasn't a terrible place to stay, but I probably wont have it on my top 3 if I am going to be bothered during my stay.

I booked a room with two queen beds, as advertised on the website. We were given a room with two full beds. When I mentioned it to the staff, I was informed that all the rooms with two beds are equipped with full beds, not queen beds, as mentioned on the website. To say the least, the two persons sleeping on the full size bed had a very uncomfortable night. There were 3 people in our party. This is a big discrepancies in advertisement. I think that this needs to be fixed and advertise correctly.
