The hotel was clean and had very nice staff. Breakfast was not great and they cleaned the rooms every other day. Location is very convenient if you have to go to the hospital often.

The first room smell bad they give another room and the second one just smell like humidity i ask for extra blankets they tell me they dont have i wait 30min to receive towels the second day i think the staff can due better.

The only complaint is they charge for overnight parking. I’m tired of paying to stay somewhere only to find out I have to pay for my vehicle to sit in the parking lot.

Poor stay

I’ve stayed here before room was hot and fridge wasn’t working we unplugged it the sink was clogged and blow dryer didn’t work half way through my hair had to no go to a baby shower my hair was still wet and the pool look dirty not like usually clean. Was charge for parking at the last minute and not told .fees should be excluded

I LOVED this pace, but paying $10 for parking… really bothered me. This place is just even downtown, nor are there covered parking spaces. So, why do they charge for parking, especially when you are staying more than one night? If you are going to charge guest for parking, then it should be a single flat rate.

I was charged more than what was offered at booking plus they wanted to add a $10 surcharge for parking. Here in Texas parking is free as there is plenty of space everywhere plus there is no reason to charge for parking other than repulse the customers from coming back or consider staying at any of this brand of hotels.
