I called the property before checking in and inquired about an early check-in which they said was fine since they had a room available. I did not have a physical ID because I had just had my passport stolen at the airport which I expressed to the manager on duty. When arriving to the property, I was asked for a $200 deposit in cash which I had to uber to the ATM and back. Upon checkout, I was only given $100 back and the different manager on duty stated that they had upgraded me to a room that was $100 more expensive which I was never informed of. I ended up paying over $240 for the room which I was not even in overnight as it was only used in between travel. Rude employees that were not helpful in answering my questions and tricked me in to an upgrade which I did not need and was not informed until I was checking out.
