First night we had a cockroach in our room then I found dropping of some sort on top of the closet. The food quality was same daily w cold and unflavored food. Last night one of my daughters stuffed animals that she got for Christmas “disappeared” we looked everyone went downstairs to staff to ask if housekeepers saw it. No one could get me an answer meanwhile we had to leave at 5 am the next morning, they promised to call by 8 at 1130 still no call so I had to call them. The building around this hotel are abandoned

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was great. We stayed at Home2 Suites for six days in San Antonio and had a very comfortable experience. The hotel was clean, convenient, and very kid-friendly, which made it perfect for our family. It was close to everything we needed, making our stay enjoyable and stress-free. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we would definitely choose it again.
